GitHub repo + deployed link + docs. You confirm receipt. I send the final 50% link.

Full IP transfer

On final payment, all code is yours. No licences, no strings, no ongoing dependency on me.

Terms

  • → 50% payment upfront via Razorpay. Work starts when payment clears.
  • → 50% on delivery, before handoff.
  • → 2 revision rounds included in all projects. Additional rounds: ₹2,000/hour.
  • → Full IP ownership transfers to you on final payment.
  • → I do not retain any rights, licences, or dependencies on my involvement.
  • → Timeline begins from first payment, not from brief receipt.
  • → Projects scoped to what was agreed. New scope = new quote.
